We are paid on a sliding scale, usually a percentage of monies realized through holding your estate sale.  We pay for the entire sale out of pocket and are reimbursed from the sale proceeds.  You pay nothing up front.  Our commission and charges vary from sale to sale depending upon:

• Preparation time
• Challenge of project
• Hours needed to research values
• Marketing and advertising
• Supplies needed to prepare and run the sale
• Staff needed to complete the sale
• Movers, cleaners as necessary to ready the property for sale or inhabitation

There are many factors that come into play that might change the pricing structure.  In general we need to view the estate holdings to better understand the cost or fees associated with your particular project.  On average, expect to pay 30-50% of gross sales realized.
